Most roofers carry one license. We carry two.

GSGC is owned and run by Alejandro Souto, a licensed engineer who also holds Florida's certified general contractor and certified roofing contractor licenses. It's a lean local company: our own crews, offices in Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport, and no billboard budget baked into your price.

Replacements, done whole
Tear-off, deck check, underlayment, flashing, new roof, cleanup, and most homes finished in one day. Because we're also general contractors, any rotted decking or fascia found during the replacement is handled in-house, not handed off.
